Good news for government employees, 4% increase in gratuity allowance has been implemented

The state government has issued an order increasing the gratuity allowance of the state government employees from 31 to 35 percent.

The government employees of the state have fulfilled their demand for many days, and now the state government has issued an order to increase the gratuity of the government employees with effect from January 1, 2023.

With effect from January 1, 2023, the gratuity of state government employees has been increased. The increase in dearness allowance will be applicable from January 1, 2023 to the government employees who are getting salary in the revised pay scales of 2018.

This is the first contribution given by the Congress government to the government employees, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who holds the finance department, shared this order of the government in a tweet about the increase in the gratuity allowance of the government employees.

The order will apply to part-time employees of government and district panchayats, full-time work-charge employees in temporary pay scales and full-time employees in temporary pay scales in government-aided educational institutions and universities, the government said.

With effect from January 1, 2023, the state government has issued an order to increase the gratuity of the state government employees from 31 to 35 percent.
